Solace Women’s Aid are a London based charity that supports women and children affected by domestic and sexual violence, helping more than 10,000 survivors of violence each year.
The charity has come a long way since it was first established in the mid-1970s when it worked with just 40 female survivors of domestic violence a year in North London. Today, the charity supports, on average, 10,000 women and children a year through its Advocacy, Refuge Services, Counselling, Rape Crisis, Legal Services, Advice & Outreach support, Body Therapies, Children & Young People Services, Specialist Services for 55+ and Irish Traveller women and select GP services.

Solace works tirelessly to help end violence against women. One of the ways they do this is through fundraising activities, and its support of its flagship event Rock Against Violence (RAV) presented by Power of Solace.
Rock Against Violence (RAV) … is now the flagship annual event for Solace Women’s Aid raising not only much-needed funds but awareness across London.
